1. The device features a built-in tray storage and separation mechanism, allowing for the simultaneous stacking of numerous empty trays. This allows for precise separation and conveying of individual trays, eliminating the need for manual pallet placement and seamless integration with counting and unloading operations.
2. A Sick sensor dynamically captures the number and position of breadsticks, accurately identifying even slightly different lengths and thicknesses, supporting a high-speed counting rate of 200 sticks per minute.
3. Components that come into contact with breadsticks, such as the conveyor belt, picks, and material channel, are made of 304 stainless steel or food-grade silicone, offering a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.
4. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen, the device can be pre-set for different counting formats ,such as 10 sticks/tray, 20 sticks/tray. It supports linkage with upstream production lines and downstream packaging machines, achieving production capacity matching through a PLC control system.
