TFD-RP4-2200 series palletizing robot is a heavy-duty robot characterized by high payload capacity and long reach.
It can effortlessly handle ultra-heavy loads of up to 50KGS, with a working radius of 2200mm.

The palletizing robot automatically picks products from the conveyor line using a vacuum gripper or mechanical clamp. It then places them onto a pallet according to pre-programmed stacking patterns.

Equipped with an intelligent control system, path-planning algorithms, and graphical programming, the robot ensures simple and efficient operation.
Force-control sensors/ ultrasonic sensors are employed for positioning and collision avoidance, delivering high safety performance.

Modern palletizing robots are widely used in food processing, beverage, logistics, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, and e-commerce fulfillment centers.
