A packaging robot is a mechanical device specially designed for automated packaging and boxing. It has multiple sensors and actuators and can identify, pick up, carry, box and seal products of various shapes, sizes and weights.They can automatically complete the packaging and boxing process on the packaging line, improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and reduce errors in operation.

Types and functions
Packaging robots mainly include the following types:

Palatizing robot: used to stack goods neatly, saving labor and space.

Bagging robot: replaces manual bagging operations and is suitable for filling and sealing various packaging bags.

Boxing robot: puts the product into the designated packaging box or pallet, with automatic direction and position adjustment functions.

Filling robot: used to fill liquid materials into containers and perform metering, capping and other operations.

Packaging conveying robot: used for conveying and arranging packaging materials such as plastic bottles.

Identification and detection robot: used for product identification, detection and grading, with an intelligent system.
