Product Description
The wafer roll automatic packaging robot features a 4-axis flexible arm design, integrated with a visual positioning system and food-grade suction cup fixtures. It achieves high-speed packaging of up to 80 packages per minute with an accuracy of ±0.5mm.
Supporting various biscuit shapes and packaging formats (e.g., stand-up bags, trays), the robot uses PLC intelligent parameter adjustment to significantly enhance packaging efficiency and product consistency while adhering to FDA food safety standards.
